Overview The Summit is an invite-only, three-day retreat outside Park City, Utah, built by Entrepreneur Media and the NFL agency Athletes First to put football players in a room with founders and C-suite leaders - in June 2026, from Yum! Brands, Kickstarter, Ticketmaster and the a16z Cultural Leadership Fund, among others. The 2026 Summit was held at The Lodge at Blue Sky, an Auberge resort in Wanship. Athletes First, founded in 2001 and based in Laguna Hills, California, says it represents more players, coaches, general managers and broadcasters than any other agency. On site The program runs as conversations. Athletes and executives compare how they build and sustain high-performing teams, how they handle transition and reinvention, and where performing on the field and leading in the boardroom run parallel. The organizers frame the weekend around legacy building, entrepreneurial transformation and deal access, and VIP hospitality runs through the three days. Audience Athletes First's deck describes the guest list as elite NFL athletes, ultra-high-net-worth CEOs, celebrity entrepreneurs and top investors. Many of the athletes come from the agency's own client roster, active and retired; Drew Bledsoe and Kyle Rudolph are both on its list of retired clients.
