Overview FlexWork Sports runs youth camps where the professional athlete on the poster is on the field coaching, and its 2026 calendar put Saquon Barkley, Jared Goff, Micah Parsons, Myles Garrett and Alvin Kamara in front of kids from Scranton to Eau Claire to Metairie. The company started in 2017 and has taken its camps to 44 states and 18 countries, across football, basketball, baseball, soccer, volleyball, softball and gymnastics. Each camp is built around one athlete, or a pair of teammates, at one local venue. On site On FlexWork's fall 2026 camp pages, a camp is a single four-hour session. The first hour is check-in, age-group assignments and sponsor giveaways; the rest is skill stations and drills run by the athlete alongside FlexWork's own coaches. Every camper leaves with a limited-edition T-shirt printed for that athlete's camp, a team photo with the athlete emailed afterward, and whatever sponsors put in their hands. Luis Suárez's October 2026 camp in Davie, Florida, offered a morning and an afternoon session, and the morning sold out in advance. Audience Campers are 6 to 13 and are grouped by age. Spectators can watch without registering. Camps land in the athlete's own market: Jared Goff's spring 2026 camps were in Michigan, Alvin Kamara's in Louisiana and Micah Parsons's in Wisconsin, the home states of the Lions, the Saints and the Packers. Talent and Influencers FlexWork's spring and summer 2026 camps were led by NFL players including Jordan Love, Davante Adams, Tee Higgins, Puka Nacua, Bo Nix, Brock Bowers, A.J. Brown, Amon-Ra St. Brown and Cam Skattebo, along with Barkley, Goff, Parsons, Garrett and Kamara. Vladimir Guerrero Jr. has hosted camps in Toronto, and the fall 2026 calendar listed camps with Luis Suárez, Mike Trout and Deuce McBride. Brand presence Partners buy in nationally, by region, at a single camp or as a local community partner. At camp, sponsors hand out product during check-in and send items home with every camper, and their marks can go on the camp T-shirt and on-field signage. Packages can add PA announcements, meet-and-greet access with the athlete and posts across the athletes' own social channels.
