About this listing
Overview Freaky Deaky is a two-day Halloween electronic music festival at the Travis County Exposition Center in Austin, and Disco Presents brought it back for 2026, after a year off, under a sci-fi horror storyline called The Revival, with ILLENIUM and SLANDER at the top of the bill. React Presents started it in Chicago in 2009. Disco Presents took it over and moved it to Houston in 2018, then to Austin in 2023, and in 2025 folded it into a single Halloween event, Wicked Oaks, alongside iLLfest and Summoning of the Eclipse before bringing the name back. Disco Presents was founded in 1994 by promoter James "Disco" Donnie Estopinal; it says it has sold more than 25 million tickets across more than 21,000 events, and it also runs Lights All Night, Sunset Music Festival and Ubbi Dubbi. On site The 2026 program named four stages, each with its own lane: The Reactor as the main stage, The Circuit for heavier and experimental bass and classic dubstep, The Lab for UK garage, house and techno, and The Chamber for local and underground acts. The Revival story is a lab experiment in forced regeneration gone wrong, and the organizers set it up to run through the grounds with large-scale art installations and roaming performers between the stages. Talent and Influencers Deadmau5, Kaskade and Rezz have all headlined past editions. The 2024 edition in Austin ran 68 acts. The 2026 lineup announcement put ILLENIUM, SLANDER, Liquid Stranger, Crankdat, Boogie T, Disco Lines and ALLEYCVT on the bill, with Zingara, Jantsen and AHEE on The Circuit and Swimming Paul and D.O.D on the house side of The Reactor.
