About this listing
Overview Runningman is a three-day fitness and wellness festival at Kingston Downs outside Rome, Georgia, built around a race where everyone picks their own distance: a flat one-mile loop run inside an eight-hour window, anywhere from 5K to a 50K ultra, with a medal for each distance finished. Around the loop sit keynote talks, workshops, strength classes, cold plunges and Othership's World's Largest Sauna, and passes include camping on site. Devon Lévesque co-founded it with Jesse Itzler, and the 2026 edition was its fourth. On site The Loop is the spine of the weekend. The rest of the site holds the Learning Lab for breakout sessions, Recovery Row, a Community Gym, Hobby Habitat for making things, yoga and breathwork, and an Experiential Expo of brand partners. In 2025 the sauna covered more than 4,000 square feet with 12 wood-burning stoves, live DJs and guided rounds, and Rythm Health put up a 110-foot Ferris wheel with blood tests taken during the ride. A free Morning Café opens Saturday and Sunday, and hot showers, water stations and on-site medical staff serve the campground. Audience Everyone on the grounds is taking part: the festival is 18 and over, admits no spectators and sells three-day passes with self-supported camping included, or glamping upgrades. Collectively they logged 11,335 miles in 2024 and more than 13,558 in 2025, and the festival reported that 90% of 2024 runners went past the distance they came for. Passes are HSA and FSA eligible through FLEX. Talent and Influencers Jesse Itzler gave keynotes in 2025 and 2026. The 2025 bill also had Maya Raichoora and Ben Nemtin on the main stage, Doug E. Fresh in a surprise set, and Olympian Jeff Galloway in the Learning Lab. The 2026 main stage added Inky Johnson and Steffani LeFevour, with Country Road on Saturday night. The festival counts Rich Roll, Courtney Dauwalter, Mike Posner, Mat Fraser and Sara Blakely among its past guests. Brand presence In 2025 Hyperice ran recovery tech around its new Hyperboot, Fjord ran the cold plunges, Promix built a juice bar, a 100-foot obstacle course and a jousting arena, Everyday Dose ran a coffee café, Athletic Brewing poured non-alcoholic beer and Sweet Honey Farm brought goats for goat yoga. Impact Kitchen launched a Runningman smoothie in April 2026 ahead of the festival. Lévesque has said he picks partners who set trends rather than follow them.
