Overview The Palm Beach Food and Wine Festival is a four-day December run of chef dinners, brunches and tastings across the Palm Beaches, presented by Wine Spectator and closing on a Sunday Grand Tasting where more than 50 South Florida restaurants pour and plate beside 100-plus wines rated 90 or above by Wine Spectator. Daniel Boulud, Robert Irvine, Maneet Chauhan, Jose Garces, Marc Forgione and Ken Oringer are among the chefs who have cooked it. Every event is 21 and over except the Kids Kitchen. The 2025 Grand Tasting was the 18th. The festival is produced by a21, whose event portfolio also lists the Atlanta Food and Wine Festival and Pebble Beach Food and Wine. On site The weekend mixes big-room tastings with small-table dinners. The Grand Tasting fills the Palm Beach County Convention Center in West Palm Beach on Sunday afternoon, smart casual and indoors, with food stations, wine and cocktails and a demonstration stage; for 2026 that stage was set for a Grand Chef Throwdown in which four local chefs cook for a $10,000 prize for a local charity, judged by Maneet Chauhan, Tiffani Faison and Robert Irvine. The nights before are smaller and hosted in restaurants and hotels: the 2025 program ran from The First Bite and The Founder's Dinner to Dinner at Florie's, A Night at The Ben, Lunch at Cafe Chardonnay and Daniel and Friends, and the 2026 schedule listed An Evening with David Burke and Friends and a disco brunch at Arthur and Sons. The festival hospitality suite sits at the Four Seasons Resort. Audience The festival describes its guests as a diverse, affluent Palm Beach crowd already familiar with high-end dining. Tickets are sold event by event, from seated chef dinners to the Sunday Grand Tasting, where restaurant teams from across Palm Beach County serve guests at their own stations. Talent and Influencers The 2026 lineup named Maneet Chauhan, Daniel Boulud, Robert Irvine, Mike Lata, Karen Akunowicz, Mauro Colagreco, Michelle Bernstein, Tristen Epps-Long and Stephanie Izard, with a Friday dinner hosted by David Burke on the schedule. The 2025 roster put Boulud and Colagreco beside Palm Beach names including Clay Conley, Lindsay Autry, Jeremy and Cindy Bearman and Pushkar Marathe. Earlier editions drew Ben Ford, Marc Murphy, Jonathon Sawyer, Beau MacMillan, Joe Flamm, Sarah Grueneberg and Stephen Stryjewski. Track record The festival's 2025 sponsorship deck counted more than 195 million campaign impressions, and the Palm Beach Post and Forbes both covered the 2023 edition. A portion of proceeds goes to a named charity each year; Els for Autism was named the 2026 charity partner. Brand presence Wine Spectator presents the festival, The Palm Beaches present the Grand Tasting, Publix has its name on the culinary demonstration stage and Cheney Brothers was named presenter of A Night at The Ben for 2026. Partners come in at four levels. The top ones carry festival exclusivity, series or event naming rights and the lead activation footprint at the events they join; every level gets a place on the entrance signage of the tasting tents, social and email inclusion and festival passes. Partners can also send gifts to the chefs and to guests, and a21 assigns a dedicated fulfillment manager.
