About Anvara

Anvara is the marketplace where brands discover, evaluate, and close sponsorship deals across sports & live events. We work with brands like Delta, Brex, Kalshi, GoPuff, BeReal, and properties like the Chicago Cubs, Colorado Rockies, LAFC, the Wynn, and Major League Pickleball.

We’ve raised nearly $7M from Game Changers Ventures, Roger Ehrenberg’s $100M sports-tech fund. Roger was a seed investor in Trade Desk ($30B), Datadog ($40B), and Wise ($9B). We’re also backed by Marquee Ventures (Chicago Cubs ownership group), Sequel, Bryan Rosenblatt (early investor in Robinhood, ClickUp, and Carta), Jonathan Opdyke (who founded and sold a company for $250M), and other industry heavyweights on both the brand and property sides.

Sponsorship is a $100B+ global market that still runs on cold emails, spreadsheets, and handshake deals. There’s no centralized place to buy it the way you buy digital media. We’re building that place.

Our Culture

You can't do ordinary things and expect extraordinary results.

Our goals are moon shots. We bring that same intensity to the day-to-day. We're customer-obsessed: we listen, we watch behavior, we iterate fast, and we deliver 11-Star Service to our customers. We take full ownership of everything we touch. No task is beneath us. We care about outcomes like they're personal, because they are.

We value originality and thoughtful dissent, and above everything: high agency. If you're the kind of person who turns ambiguity into forward motion, you'll thrive at Anvara.

The Role

You’ll help bring the supply side of our marketplace online. Your job is to get rightsholders (sports teams, event organizers, and festivals) onto Anvara, help them list and sell their inventory, and build the relationships that make us the default destination for sponsorship.

The bigger picture: you’re helping build the infrastructure for an entire industry that has none. Every professional sports team, every music festival, every state fair, and every event has sponsorship inventory to sell and no scalable way to reach buyers. The part of the business you work on is the part that changes that.

You’ll work closely with the founders and our senior partnerships lead, and you’ll learn the business fast. You’ll have real ownership and freedom: your feedback shapes our product, your relationships shape our inventory, and you’ll get responsibility early in an industry that’s been waiting for something like this.

What You'll Do

  • Run the day-to-day of our rightsholder partnerships pipeline, from sourcing to onboarding to ongoing relationship management.

  • Run outbound to event organizers, festival producers, venues, and live entertainment properties, following our playbook and helping sharpen it.

  • Run discovery calls and demos that make Anvara click for rightsholders.

  • Help rightsholders build strong listings: clear inventory, pricing, packaging, and audience info.

  • Support our senior partnerships lead on conversations with major properties and multi-property organizations.

  • Work with the founders on pricing intelligence and which verticals to go after next.

  • Feed rightsholder insights directly to the product and engineering team. What you learn from properties will shape the roadmap.

  • Show up at industry events and dinners and start building your own network.

  • Own your numbers: pipeline, onboarding velocity, and listing quality.

Who You Are

  • 1 to 2 years in partnerships, sales, sports, live events, entertainment, or a related space. Internships, a college sport, or a business you started all count.

  • You care about sports and live events and you’re eager to learn how properties monetize and how sponsorship inventory is structured, priced, and valued.

  • You’re hungry. You want to win and you’ll outwork the room to do it.

  • You’re detail-oriented. Clean listings, accurate notes, and follow-through every time.

  • You believe the sponsorship market is fragmented and archaic and needs to be rebuilt.

  • You’re an operator. You don’t hand things off. You own your part of the relationship, from first outreach to signed listing.

  • You’re a clear communicator and a good storyteller. You can explain a marketplace in plain terms to an event producer or a team’s sales director.

  • High agency is a requirement. When something isn’t working, you figure it out. When there’s no playbook, you help write one.

  • You’re not comfortable with comfortable. You want to be pushed, and you push yourself.

  • You’re a fan of our world. You go to live events, follow sports, care about culture.

  • A network of contacts at sports properties, event organizers, or venues is a bonus, not a requirement.

Compensation & Benefits

  • $75k-$100k base salary

  • Uncapped bonus tied to supply growth and deal volume on-platform

  • Meaningful early-stage equity

  • Travel and entertainment budget for client meetings, events, and dinners

  • In-office five days a week at our SoHo office in NYC

We Take Care of Our People

We don’t hand out a standard benefits checklist. Taking care of our people means something different for everyone:

  • a gym membership

  • nice dinners

  • a sick vacation

  • an education budget

Tell us what it means to you, and we’ll do everything we can to empower you and take care of you.
