About Anvara
Anvara is a marketplace for sponsorship. Brands use us to find, book, and measure sponsorships with sports teams, leagues, and live events, with real pricing and audience data shown up front, all in one place.
It’s a $100B+ market that still runs on cold emails, PDFs, and rolodexes. We’re building the software that replaces all of it: discovery, pricing, contracts, payments, and measurement.
We’re seed-funded (led by Roger Ehrenberg / Game Changers), based in NYC, and already moving nearly 8 figures in GMV. Brands like Kalshi, Hyperice, and CELSIUS have transacted with Anvara.
Our Culture
We believe extraordinary outcomes come from an uncompromising bar, and we hold it on everything we do. We’re customer-obsessed, we listen closely, watch how people actually behave, and move fast around what matters. When someone needs us, we show up with 11-star service.
We operate with full ownership. No task is beneath anyone, and we carry things end to end like the outcome is personal. We value originality and thoughtful dissent, because you can’t do ordinary things and expect extraordinary results.
Hard work is about relentlessness and leverage; always finding the sharper path to complete the mission at hand.
Above all, we hire for high agency. If you turn ambiguity into forward motion, you will thrive here.
The Role
You'll own how product gets built at Anvara. You'll decide what we build next, write the specs, prototype the ideas, and see them through to launch.
Anvara is a two-sided marketplace connecting brands with sports and live event properties. You'll work across the full experience for both sides.
You'll work directly with the founders, engineering, design, and our customers. What you decide gets built.
What You'll Do
Own the roadmap. Turn customer feedback, data, and company direction into a prioritized plan the team believes in.
Write specs engineers can build from without a follow-up meeting.
Prototype fast. Build clickable, working versions of ideas with AI tools so we test before we commit engineering time.
Live in the data. Understand how customers actually use the product and turn it into decisions.
Talk to customers every week and pull out what actually matters.
Ship and iterate. Run launches end to end, measure what happened, and decide what's next.
Partner with our go-to-market team so what they hear in the field shapes what we build.
Help build the product function as we grow.
Who You Are
We care about what you've shipped, not your title or how long you've had it.
2+ years in product, ideally at an early-stage startup, marketplace, or B2B SaaS company. Ex-founders and engineers who moved into product are welcome.
You've shipped real product to real users and can point to what changed because of it.
You prototype. You don't wait on design to show an idea. You build working versions of what you're describing.
You write clearly. Your specs are short, specific, and leave nothing to guess.
You're fluent in data and product analytics.
You have taste. You know what great software feels like and you notice when something's off.
You understand marketplaces, or you're obsessed with learning them.
High agency is a requirement. When something isn't working, you figure it out. When there's no playbook, you write one.
