About this listing
Overview Asian Food Fest is a free two-day street festival of Asian food on Court Street Plaza in downtown Cincinnati, and it grew from five tables in its first year to more than 50 restaurants and food trucks by its 15th, in 2026. It runs over a weekend in late April. Asianati produces it with the Cincinnati Regional Chamber, which also runs Oktoberfest Zinzinnati, Taste of Cincinnati and BLINK. On site In 2026 the vendors cooked food from more than a dozen countries, among them Chinese, Vietnamese, Filipino, Indian and Korean, with vegetarian, vegan, halal and kosher options. Five of them ran secret menus, and Fusako served a katsu curry coney, a Cincinnati crossover. In 2026 three stages ran at once: the Main Stage at Court and Walnut, a DJ Stage on Race Street and the Lantern Stage at Court and Elm. A Family Zone, craft vendors and Asian and local craft beer filled in around them, and Court, Race and Vine streets closed from Thursday evening to Monday morning. Audience The following is local. More than half of the festival's online audience is in Cincinnati, with West Chester, Mason, Covington and Columbus next, and attendees surveyed by the Chamber gave the festival a Net Promoter Score of 60. Talent and Influencers More than 100 performers worked the three stages in 2026, from Cincinnati Daikon's taiko drums to PAMANA Dance Group's Filipino folk dances and the HuaYi Cincinnati Eastern Moon Dance Group. A karaoke contest, Eastern Eats and Vocal Beats, ran for prizes, and the festival's first drag show closed Saturday night with Princess Shehzadi, Glitz and Bee Jade. Track record Attendance: 119,000 in 2024, 125,000 in 2025. Founding member Lam Dang remembers the early years as "more like a picnic." The Chamber puts its community events together at more than 3.7 million attendees and over $400 million in economic impact a year, citing its Center for Research and Data in 2025. Brand presence Kroger and Procter and Gamble presented the 2026 festival. The Chamber sells its festival partnerships in levels that can include site and display activations, naming rights and category exclusivity, and the presenting level adds main-stage branding, an activation space and speaking time. Branded fence panels, 12 feet by 8 feet, and sets of ten 4-by-7-foot wayfinding panels are sold on their own.
