About this listing
Overview Bingo Loco Brooklyn is the New York run of the Irish bingo rave, played on Saturday nights at The Brooklyn Monarch on Meadow Street in Williamsburg, a room built with arena sound and lighting. A host calls bingo over a DJ set to a room seated at long tables, and the rounds break for dance-offs, lip-sync battles and rave rounds, with prizes that have run from air fryers to trips abroad. In 2026 the Brooklyn shows came about once a month, twice in August and December. Bingo Loco started in a Dublin basement in 2017 and by 2026 was running about 2,000 shows a year in 15 countries. On site The Brooklyn Monarch opened in 2020 and is independently owned, one of three venues on the same block of Meadow Street, with multiple bars, a kitchen and indoor and outdoor stage areas. On show night the stage gets the Bingo Loco kit: a DJ booth with a number display, inflatables, confetti cannons and CO2 jets, and foam light sticks for every table. Audience Guests come in groups and dress for it, in wigs, costumes and the odd bride-to-be sash, and stay for the whole show; Bingo Loco puts average time in the room at more than three and a half hours. The founders describe the crowd as millennials, and the music is 1990s and 2000s anthems. Brand presence Brooklyn partners can take a single show, a run of shows through the season, a presenting position on the Brooklyn series, or official Bingo Loco partner status. Inside the show a brand can own a bingo round, a moment called from the stage or sampling at the tables.
