Overview Broadway Plus is a New York company that books Broadway performers for private corporate events. It calls itself the first and only Broadway experience company. The corporate menu runs in three tracks. Entertain covers private concerts, Interact covers cast dinners and meet and greets, and Enrich covers keynotes and workshops. Every program is custom. Each can run in person or online, or as a hybrid of the two, in New York or at the client's own venue wherever the group is meeting. On site A typical concert puts a small group of singers in the client's room to sing from one show, such as Wicked or Hamilton, and between songs they tell stories from backstage about onstage mishaps. A Q&A follows. The dinner format seats a cast member with the group at a restaurant near the theatre before everyone walks over to see that show. Daytime options include guided Theatre District walks like the Hamiltour and the Ghostlight Tour, and a Hogwarts 101 magic class taught by the Harry Potter and the Cursed Child team. Audience Guests are a company's clients or its own staff, and a group can be as small as one dinner table or as large as a ballroom full of conference delegates. Guests sing along at the Disney concert and put their own questions to the cast in the Q&A. Parties of ten or more get discounted seats for a show in town or on tour. The Cultural Heritage program can run in Spanish. Talent and Influencers The roster runs to more than a thousand artists, drawn from Broadway casts and from stages beyond Broadway. Keynote speakers on offer include Julie Taymor, who directed The Lion King, and Hamilton producer Jeffrey Seller. The Harry Potter session is led by actors from Cursed Child together with the show's Magic Illusions Consultant. A Broadway performer can also emcee a conference or an awards night. Track record Broadway Plus produces thousands of events a year. Past bookings have taken its artists across the United States and into Canada, Mexico and the UK. It is an official supplier of VIP experiences to Hamilton, Wicked and SIX, and it handles group sales for dozens of productions on and off Broadway. It partnered with MPI on Broadway to Boardroom, a general session at the World Education Congress for meeting planners. Brand presence The event belongs to the company that books it. Dozens of Fortune 500 companies are clients, and Google and Mastercard are among those that have booked events for their own customers and staff. The host picks the theme. Broadway Plus can build the whole evening from the venue up, or it can drop one performer into a reception that is already planned. Gift bags carry official show merchandise such as tote bags and mugs, and catering can be added at any size of event.
