About this listing
Overview Coach 2 Coach is a weekly leadership podcast in which former Dallas Cowboys head coach Jason Garrett sits down for long one-on-one conversations with coaches who have won at the top of their sports: Tony Dungy and UCLA's Cori Close opened it on July 15, 2026, and Andy Reid came on in person that August. The show pitches itself to leaders and organizations as much as to fans, with the talk centered on building and running a team. Intersport, the Chicago marketing, events and content agency, produces it with Garrett. Episodes run on YouTube, Spotify, Apple Podcasts and Amazon Music, with clips on Instagram, TikTok and X. Talent and Influencers Garrett played 14 NFL seasons, mostly as a backup quarterback, and was on the Cowboys teams that won the Super Bowl after the 1992, 1993 and 1995 seasons. He coached quarterbacks in Miami under Nick Saban, was head coach in Dallas from 2010 to 2019 with an 85-67 record and the 2016 AP Coach of the Year award, then ran the Giants' offense. He joined NBC Sports in 2022 as a studio analyst on Football Night in America and a game analyst on Notre Dame football. Beyond Dungy, Close and Reid, Dan Quinn has appeared, and the launch release named Sean Payton, Joe Girardi, Joe Maddon, Northwestern lacrosse coach Kelly Amonte Hiller and Duke's Kara Lawson as later guests. Brand presence The series is built around a founding partner. That partner's name goes on the show as its presenter for the season, Garrett reads its mid-roll spots, and its own executives can sit down with him on camera. The series mixes in-person episodes with NFL coaches and studio leadership interviews, and cuts clips from both for Instagram, TikTok and X.
