Overview Cole Valley Nights is a free Thursday-evening street fair on Cole Street in San Francisco, 4 to 9 p.m., and the Cole Valley Entertainment Zone lets people carry drinks from the neighborhood's bars and restaurants out into the market. Each night takes its own theme. The 2026 calendar ran from a Spring Fling in March through Party for the Planet, Cinema in the Valley and an August State Fair to a December holiday night. The Cole Valley Merchants Association presents the series with Sunset Mercantile and the Civic Joy Fund. On site The market fills Cole Street between Carl Street and Parnassus Avenue, in front of the neighborhood's wine bars, restaurants, boutiques, salons and French cafes. Local makers, merchants and organizations set up alongside food and live music, and the programming changes with the theme: wreath-making, cake walks and a nighttime Wine Walk on some nights, and carnival games, a pie baking contest and goat feeding at the August 2026 State Fair. Audience Sunset Mercantile describes the Cole Valley crowd as professionals and high-net-worth families. Leashed dogs are welcome. Street parking is limited, and the organizers point visitors to the N line and the 7, 37, 43 and 66 buses. Track record The series ran in 2025 from an April night to a November edition the week before Thanksgiving, and came back in March 2026 with a new theme for every date. Brand presence The top package puts a logo on Sunset Mercantile's website, posters, flyers, the official map, the program and paid ads, with a prime 10-by-10 space, a dedicated social post, an on-site shout-out and a place in the newsletter. The second level is a 10-by-10 footprint with the logo on print, the map and the program.
