About this listing
Overview Collect-A-Con is a touring trading card, anime and pop culture convention that takes a convention hall for a weekend, with more than 900 vendor tables at most shows and cards at the center of the floor: Pokémon, Yu-Gi-Oh!, Magic: The Gathering, MetaZoo and sports cards. It bills itself as the nation's largest trading card and pop culture convention. The 2026 tour was scheduled across 23 weekends in 18 cities, with Atlanta, Chicago, Houston, Los Angeles and New Jersey each hosting twice. On site Doors open at 10 a.m. both days and close at 6 p.m. on Saturday and 5 p.m. on Sunday; VIP fast-pass holders get in at 9 and have their own guest lines. Card submissions for grading are taken on site, though grading itself is not done there, and James Spence Authentication handles autographs. Special guests sign and pose for photos at their own tables and set their own prices, paid at the show. Outside food and drink stay outside. Audience Collectors come to deal as well as shop: the convention invites attendees to bring their own cards and collectibles to sell and trade with vendors, and with no bag check, they carry what they buy for the rest of the day. Cosplay is welcome under an all-ages rule that bars sharp objects and realistic guns, and children under 7 get in free. Talent and Influencers The guest list leans on anime and video game voice actors, among them Charles Martinet, Veronica Taylor, Sean Schemmel, Christopher Sabat, Maile Flanagan, Johnny Bosch and Cherami Leigh, alongside Power Rangers actors Amy Jo Johnson, Walter E. Jones and David Yost, and Chumlee of Pawn Stars. Steve Aoki, Soulja Boy and Waka Flocka Flame have played the convention's concerts. Brand presence The Official Partner holds rights across every show on the tour: Partner Pavilion islands on the floor, naming rights on the celebrity signing area, branded pillar wraps, stage naming at flagship shows, LED takeovers, dedicated emails and social campaigns, and VIP hospitality with badges, wristbands and backstage access. A Spotlight partner picks three markets and gets a premium island at each, four main-stage announcements pointing to its booth, branded ambassadors on the floor, and a place in each show's recap content and emails.
