Overview Concert for a Cause is the Columbus Auto Dealers' summer country show at KEMBA Live! Outdoor in the Arena District, and the proceeds go to local charities: in 2026 Chris Young and Chase Rice played for Canine Companions and Charity Newsies. The Central Ohio Honda Dealers present it, in partnership with 92.3 WCOL and iHeartMedia. The Columbus Auto Dealers Association had given nearly $2 million to local charities since 2008 by the time of the 2026 show. On site The 2026 show was all ages and rain or shine, with VIP doors at 5:30, general admission at 6 and Nashville songwriter Trey Pendley opening at 7. VIP tickets carry early entry to a hospitality area with cocktails and food, then pit access for the show. Box seats come with four chairs, a table and a dedicated server. Between acts a Canine Companions graduate team, Army veteran Rob and service dog Fritter, took part in the check presentation, and volunteers worked the grounds to talk about service-dog applications. Talent and Influencers Tyler Hubbard headlined the first edition on August 9, 2025. Chris Young, the multi-platinum country singer, and Chase Rice topped the second in 2026. Track record The 2025 concert raised more than $150,000 for the Butterfly Guild at Nationwide Children's Hospital. The 2026 beneficiaries: Canine Companions trains service dogs and places them at no cost with adults, children and veterans with disabilities, from a regional center in New Albany opened in 1987; Charity Newsies has clothed more than 800,000 Franklin County students since 1907. Brand presence Nearly everything in the building is sold by name. Four bars take one sponsor each - the VIP main bar indoors, a VIP bar outdoors, an upper outdoor bar and a second-floor bar - with the logo on the bar and branded napkins, and there are packages for the wristbands, the food stations and the table florals. Facing the public, two 8-by-21-foot sound walls flank the stage and a set of entrance walls lines the way in. The presenting sponsor's name runs with every mention, announcement and sign.
