Overview Elevated and Infused is a 21-and-over tasting show for THC-infused, hemp and functional drinks, where guests work through more than 50 flavors with a tasting glass and buy what they like straight from the producers. Tickets are sold by session with a hard cap; for the November 2026 show at The Fairview in Raleigh that was two afternoon sessions of 350 people each. A cheaper trade ticket admits people who work in the beverage business. Drink Eat Relax, a Baltimore-based producer of beer, wine, spirits and food festivals including Beer, Bourbon and BBQ, Tacos N Taps and Das Best Oktoberfest, runs it, and says it has put on more than 500 events over 25 years. On site Each session runs about two and a half hours. Brands pour at their own tables across an indoor hall, food trucks park outside, and a DJ plays all afternoon. The show's published menu listed 35 brands, among them Charlotte's Suffolk Punch, Cornbread Hemp, cbdMD, North Canna, Kickback Soda, Five Flowers and Moon Beverages. Guests can leave and come back with a hand stamp. Last call comes 20 minutes before the end of a session, and staff remove intoxicated guests without a refund. Audience Every guest shows photo ID at the door and is 21 or older. Consumers and trade share the room: the trade ticket brings buyers and people from the beverage business in alongside the public, and anyone can buy what they taste and carry it out. Brand presence Producers pour their own drinks and sell product at the same table, to a room capped by session.
