Overview The Kyle Kuzma Celebrity Golf Tournament is a two-day charity weekend for the Kyle Kuzma Family Foundation, a red-carpet dinner in Miami Beach followed by an 80-player celebrity shamble at Shell Bay Club in Hallandale Beach, and the 2025 edition raised more than $1 million for single mothers and their children. Kuzma, a Flint, Michigan native raised by a single mother, won an NBA title with the Lakers in 2020. He started the foundation with his mother, Karri, in 2019, and it gave $1 million to the Flint YMCA at the start of 2023. On site Night one is the welcome dinner: a red carpet, dinner, live entertainment and a live and silent auction, held at Ocean Grill at The Setai in 2024 and at Delilah Miami in 2025. Day two is the tournament, played as a one-best-ball shamble on Shell Bay's Greg Norman-designed course, which opened in October 2023. The round ends with an awards luncheon cooked by the club's own kitchen. Audience Shell Bay is an invitation-only club that runs golf with no tee times, and the tournament puts sponsor and VIP foursomes on it with a celebrity in each group. Talent and Influencers The first edition was billed with Devin Booker, Jordan Clarkson and Kentavious Caldwell-Pope in the field. In 2025 the weekend drew Odell Beckham Jr., Doc Rivers, Alonzo Mourning, Daunte Culpepper, Tim Hardaway Jr., Obi Toppin and the model Winnie Harlow. Track record The inaugural tournament, in September 2024, raised more than $825,000. The second, in July 2025, cleared $1 million, with more than 80 sponsors and celebrities on the course. Brand presence The Dalmore presented the 2025 tournament, Fanatics and Pretzelized put lots in the auction and Oathe also contributed; BMW was the platinum sponsor in 2024, when Audemars Piguet and Fanatics lots went up at dinner. The presenting partner takes category exclusivity, the step and repeat and two celebrity-paired foursomes. Platinum partners can put their name on an event inside the weekend, and foursome sponsors play with a celebrity and come to the dinner and the luncheon.
