About this listing
Overview Lincoln Park Wine Fest is a three-day wine tasting in Jonquil Park, on Wrightwood Avenue in Chicago's Lincoln Park, sold in two-hour sessions capped at 600 general-admission guests each, and every ticket comes with a commemorative glass and 12 tastings. VIP tickets add five specialty pours, private seating and a separate entrance. The 2026 edition was its 10th. Special Events Management produces it, and proceeds go to the Wrightwood Neighbors Association for the care of the park. On site Sessions start at 5 and 8 p.m. on the Friday, run four times on Saturday from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. and three times on Sunday from 11 to 7, so the park turns over its crowd every two hours. Pours run from classic whites and reds to the specialty wines held back for VIP, and local food vendors sell alongside the tasting tables. It is 21 and over, with ID checked at the gate. Audience The festival pitches itself to seasoned sommeliers and to groups of friends out for a fall afternoon. The festival asks guests to come by public transportation and points them to the Brown Line at Diversey, the Red, Brown and Purple lines at Fullerton and three bus routes.
