About this listing
Overview Live! Match Day Watch Parties puts a brand inside the game-day crowds of five Cordish Live! districts at once, rooms built around the screen, from a canopied Kansas City courtyard under a 40-foot LED screen to a 200,000-square-foot complex between the Rangers' and Cowboys' stadiums in Arlington. The other three are the Philadelphia complex at 11th and Pattison in the South Philadelphia sports complex, Ballpark Village across the street from Busch Stadium in St. Louis, and Live! at the Battery beside the Braves' ballpark in Atlanta. The program runs the NFL season, with watch parties on the Sunday slate and on Monday and Thursday night games, and branded concerts in the same rooms. Live! Hospitality and Entertainment was created inside The Cordish Companies in 1999. On site The Kansas City room is the KC Live! Block in the Power and Light District: 25,000 square feet under a canopied roof, a built-in stage with house sound and lighting, and seven-plus restaurants and five-plus nightlife venues opening onto it, with room for groups from 150 to more than 8,000. Texas Live! adds a 5,000-capacity outdoor pavilion and a 300-room Live! by Loews hotel. In Philadelphia the NBC Sports Arena is built around a screen 32 feet tall, beside Victory Beer Hall and the Broad Street Bullies Pub. Atlanta's Sports and Social runs over two levels around a 40-foot diagonal LED screen, and St. Louis gathers its crowd in a marketplace under a retractable canopy. Track record The districts opened across a decade: Kansas City's first restaurant in 2007, Philadelphia in 2012, St. Louis in 2014, Atlanta in 2017 and Arlington in 2018. Ballpark Village runs more than 200 events a year on top of 81 Cardinals home dates. For the 2026 World Cup the Power and Light District ran watch parties that were free and open to all ages on a reserved ticket, handed out limited-edition scarves on select match days, booked BRESH and BUNT. to play, and taped Heart and Goal, a live podcast with broadcaster Nate Bukaty and former U.S. midfielder Benny Feilhaber. Brand presence Names already sit on the rooms. Philadelphia-area vodka maker Stateside bought naming rights to the Philadelphia complex in 2025, and its lineup includes PBR: A Coors Banquet Bar; Texas Live! has a Miller Bar; and in Kansas City, No Other Pub by Sporting KC carries a 15-foot FanDuel video wall. The watch-party program layers onto those rooms with digital board placements, branded concerts, premium hospitality and on-site activations across the five districts.
