Overview Lumières en Seine is a two-kilometer night walk through the Domaine national de Saint-Cloud, just west of Paris, lit in 25 tableaux, with the Eiffel Tower in view from the park's great terrace. It runs through the winter holidays, from mid-November into January, and the fifth edition ran from November 14, 2025 to January 11, 2026. Christmas Garden and DEAG produce it with the Centre des monuments nationaux, which looks after the 460-hectare estate. On site Visitors come in through the Grille Clémenceau, on the Seine at the Pont de Saint-Cloud, on timed entries every 15 minutes from 5 p.m.; last entry is at 9 and the park closes at 11. The route takes about an hour and a quarter. It passes the Route des Étoiles, the Champ de Luminescences, the Symphonie des Éléments and the Forêt Cosmique, and at the Grande Cascade the water jets and fountains run under the lights. Statues, basins and historic monuments across the park are lit along the way. Between tableaux, a food court is set around a brazier with hot drinks, pretzels, New York hot dogs and burgers, and a large carousel turns beside it. Audience Visitors arrive on foot or by transit - metro line 10 to Boulogne-Pont de Saint-Cloud, the T2 tram, buses or the train to Saint-Cloud - because there is no parking near the entrance. They spend more than an hour outdoors on a winter night. The reviews the event publishes come from couples and from families with children, and children under three go in free.
