About this listing
Overview The New York Jets are the NFL club that won Super Bowl III in January 1969, when Joe Namath's AFL side beat the heavily favored Baltimore Colts, and they play at MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford, five miles west of New York City in the country's largest media market. The franchise was founded in 1959 as the Titans of New York, a charter member of the American Football League, took the Jets name in 1963 and entered the NFL in the 1970 merger. It shares MetLife with the Giants, trains at the Atlantic Health Jets Training Center in Florham Park, which opened in 2008, and was bought by Woody Johnson in 2000. A partnership with the club runs all year, from the press podium in the offseason to home games and a London game week. Matchday MetLife Stadium opened in 2010. Billboard named it its Stadium of the Decade and ranked it the highest-grossing stadium in the world nine times, and it hosted eight matches of the 2026 FIFA World Cup, the final among them. On game days the IPTV network carries the game on more than 2,130 monitors through the concourses, concessions, clubs and every suite, and gate pylons put 20 screens across all five entrances, readable from the parking lots, the plaza and the highways. An LED ribbonboard runs through pregame and the game, the MetLife Stage and a VIP Tailgate Zone work the lots before kickoff, and valet guests in Lot S ride a golf cart to their gate. Audience The club calls its fans passionate, loyal and loud, and the Jets ranked third in the NFL in home attendance across the 2023 to 2025 seasons. Ten million fans sit in the team's own data warehouse, which it uses to segment fans and aim partner campaigns. A May 2026 study with Vision Insights counted more than 1.2 million Jets fans who are C-level at their company and more than 530,000 who own a small business. The support travels: during the 2025 London game the team says it reached more than 80 million people a day in the UK and Ireland. Talent and Influencers Aaron Glenn was named head coach after the 2024 season. Partners can use group player rights, featuring at least six players in equal prominence in their own marketing, and Jets alumni and Legends appear at partner breakfasts and private dinners in the locker room. Track record The team's press conference mic flag, from April 2025 through March 2026, drew more than 37 million impressions across TV and social from over 1,300 source exposures, which Nielsen and Zoomph valued at more than $1.5 million in media. A February 2026 Wakefield study for the club found fans who recall Jets partners are 67% more likely to prefer the partner's brand and 118% more likely to use it. In 2026 the Jets Partner Alliance counted more than 350 business partners. Brand presence The club calls the mic flag its most impactful integration: it sits on the microphone at every press event at the training center and every postgame press conference at MetLife, about 100 events a year covering training camp, the draft, in-season practices, ownership announcements and community work. A Week of Game presenting partner owns one home game from early-week build-up through kickoff, across the stadium, the website, social, the app, email and radio, with a giveaway for every fan in the building. Partners join the Jets Partner Alliance, which runs six to eight events a year, among them an NFL Draft party, a Q and A with the general manager and head coach, a golf outing and a holiday party at Rockefeller Center. Designations and marks can be bought for the United States, the UK and Ireland separately, and the London game week carries its own fan fest, the Touchdown Tailgate, held at Vinegar Yard near London Bridge in 2025.
