Overview NYC Wine Fest is a walk-around wine tasting at Chelsea Industrial on West 28th Street, where one ticket buys samples of more than 100 wines for a full three-and-a-half-hour session, poured into a souvenir glass. Each date runs as two sessions, 1 to 4:30 in the afternoon and 6 to 9:30 at night, and it is 21 and over; in 2026 it ran in January and again in October. Evan Berman Productions produces it alongside a Brooklyn Wine Fest and a Jersey City Wine Fest. The company stages more than 25 food, beer, wine and spirits festivals a year across New York, New Jersey and, since 2021, Florida, at venues including the Intrepid Museum, the Brooklyn Navy Yard and Industry City. On site Local, national and international wines pour at tables around the room, and guests walk it with the same glass all session. Live music plays through each session, games, giant Jenga among them, are set out between the tables, and local vendors sell food and merchandise. There is no re-entry, and no large bags or outside food and drink come in. Designated drivers buy their own ticket, wear a different wristband and get no glass. Audience Guests pay once for the session rather than by the pour, so they work the room table by table for the whole session. The producer says many come back from event to event, and it keeps them on an email list of about 50,000. Brand presence Beyond a pouring table, a partner can put its logo on the souvenir glass every guest carries, with four weeks' lead time, on the wristband every guest wears, or on every photo-booth picture, each one emailed to the guest. A 10-by-15-foot seminar space with signage and a portable microphone holds up to two talks a session, and a premium table location can be added. Platinum and Gold packages bundle these with complimentary tickets, and dedicated emails and boosted social posts are sold on top. Past partners across the company's festivals include Jefferson's bourbon, Suntory, Caymus Vineyards and Wolffer Estate.
