About this listing
Overview Orange Bowl Family Holiday Fest is a free Saturday-morning festival in Palm Beach County built around a holiday food giveaway with Farm Share, and one edition handed out 500 meals and more than 1,200 toys. The 2025 edition ran from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Buttonwood Park in Lake Worth. The committee runs a sister event, Family Fall Fest, in Homestead. The Orange Bowl Committee is a nonprofit created in 1935 to bring visitors to South Florida through its bowl game, and its 410-plus volunteer members and staff of 30 put on more than 50 events a year. On site The food distribution runs while supplies last. Around it the committee sets up a kids' fun zone with inflatables and games, a stage for music and live entertainment, local vendors, giveaways and prizes. Palm Beach County Parks, Farm Share and Taco Bell were listed as community partners. Audience The committee aims the day at families in Palm Beach County and nearby communities who are short on food over the holidays. Entry is free and open to the public, and the program is built for parents with young children. Track record Orange Bowl Cares, the committee's community program, runs the fest. The Orange Bowl and its partners have committed more than $50 million to South Florida over two decades, including more than $25 million for park renovations since 2009. Brand presence City National Bank presented the 2025 edition, with 12 associate sponsors alongside it. Associate partners get exhibit space, a speaking slot on stage, PA mentions, signage, recognition in event marketing and a spot on the event's own web page.
