Overview Pebble Beach Food and Wine is a four-day festival of more than 50 events spread across the Pebble Beach Resorts, from a golf invitational on Pebble Beach Golf Links hosted by chefs to seated dinners on the 3rd Fairway and seminars pouring Harlan Estate and Old Rip Van Winkle. The grand tastings run on the Special Events Field, and everything else moves between The Lodge, The Inn at Spanish Bay, Casa Palmero and the Beach and Tennis Club. The 2026 festival was the 15th. It is hosted by the Pebble Beach Company Foundation, which has funded education for Monterey County children since 1975, reaches more than 10,000 students a year and has given more than $20 million. On site The Tasting Pavilion is the center: two afternoons of chefs, wineries and spirits on the Special Events Field, with VIP entry ahead of general admission and a Masters Lounge, VIP cabanas, a golf viewing area and a Veuve Clicquot Sun Club inside it. Around it run the walk-arounds, each with its own theme and room: Opening Night at The Inn at Spanish Bay, High Tide and Burgers and Barrels at the Spanish Bay fire pits, an Italian walk-around called Sauced, and From the Cellar at the Beach and Tennis Club. Morning seminars are hosted by the wineries and distillers themselves, and a trade program adds panels, a community lunch and after-hours parties that run past midnight. Audience Most guests come from inside California. The festival also runs a dedicated trade program for restaurant, wine and hospitality professionals, who get early entry to the Tasting Pavilion and access to every partner activation, so the floor mixes paying consumers with buyers and sommeliers. Nearly every seated dinner and seminar on the 2026 schedule sold out. Talent and Influencers The 2025 festival booked 150 chefs, among them Alice Waters, Giada de Laurentiis, Kwame Onwuachi, Andrew Zimmern, Maneet Chauhan and Emma Bengtsson. In 2026 Geoffrey Zakarian, Michael Symon, Antonia Lofaso, Nyesha Arrington and Claudette Zepeda hosted the golf invitational; Gastón Acurio brought La Mar for a dinner; and Michael Symon, Paul Kahan, Jimmy Bradley and Joey Campanaro cooked a dinner for Jonathan Waxman's 75th. Seminars were led by Champagne Louis Roederer for its 250th year, the Cazes family of Bordeaux and Tancredi Biondi Santi. Former NFL star Charles Woodson was among the influencers and notable guests the festival listed for 2025. Track record In 2025 the Tasting Pavilion drew more than 6,500 guests over two days, the walk-around tastings more than 2,300, the seated lunch and dinner series more than 2,000 across 16 events, and the 11 seminars more than 500. The golf invitational is played as two tournaments of 136 golfers each. Brand presence Partners work event by event. In 2026 Palo Alto Networks presented the Tasting Pavilion, Capital One held its own exclusive dinners and an early-entry access pass, Vitamix named the series of chef lunches and dinners, HexClad served Opening Night and Square presented the trade program. Below the naming rights, brands take footprints in the pavilion from 10 by 10 feet up to 20 by 20, VIP-area and golf-viewing integrations, hole activations at the invitational, or buy out a whole dinner or seminar, and one of the two golf tournaments can be taken as a private corporate event. Every partner gets a dedicated fulfillment manager, sampling rights and the option to gift chefs and guests.
