Overview The Pulaski County Fair is a nine-day spring carnival on the banks of the Arkansas River at North Little Rock Riverfront Park, with a P.B.J. Happee Days Shows midway, a petting zoo with camel and pony rides and a beer garden with a live band on weekend nights. The fair bills itself as a new tradition for Pulaski County, the most populous county in Arkansas. Oaklawn Hot Springs presented the sixth edition in 2026, and a portion of the proceeds goes to North Little Rock Parks and Recreation. On site In 2026 the fair opened on a Friday evening, ran weekday evenings and full weekend days, and closed on Mondays. Gate admission is separate from the rides: visitors buy an all-day wristband for unlimited rides or single-ride tickets, and a $2 Tuesday dropped rides and some games and food to $2. The final Sunday was Military Appreciation Day. Around the midway sit games, novelty vendors, fair food and adult beverages. The beer garden stage, presented by Oaklawn, carried Laura Caroline, Joey Fanstar, Christine Demeo, Cory and Maggie, Wild Bill Willie and Sweet Revenge and Bree Ogden across the 2026 weekends. Track record The first fair ran for five days in fall 2021, using half of Riverfront Park, a site that has held concerts and festivals of up to 35,000 people. It moved to late May in 2022 and had grown to nine days by 2026. Brand presence Two named attractions sell on their own. The beer garden sponsor gets its logo on the garden's entrance banner and a tent in a priority spot beside it, and the petting zoo sponsor gets priority logo placement at the pens and a tent in a prime location. A Wacky Wednesday Takeover hands one company the fair for a day, with its own activation, booth and front-gate visibility and employee passes. Gold, silver and bronze levels add a 10-by-10 booth with power, poster and website logos, social posts and employee family day passes.
