PULSE is a free, large-scale health and wellness festival on Milwaukee's lakefront, produced by Milwaukee World Festival in partnership with Aurora Health Care. The event brings together fitness, wellness, nutrition, and lifestyle resources across dozens of activations, stages, and interactive zones, featuring over 60 health and wellness-aligned partners and drawing an expected 2,000 attendees. The crowd is 75 percent female, made up of families, active adults, and fitness enthusiasts who show up to actually participate: working out, doing yoga, taking in cooking demonstrations, and trying recovery experiences, which means longer dwell times and repeated brand touchpoints. Brands move past passive exposure into hands-on engagement, sampling, education, and experiential storytelling inside a mission-driven setting built around health and movement.
