Overview The Rated Sports National Events Series is a calendar of youth soccer tournaments run by Rated Sports, and its biggest stop, the Phoenix Cup, spreads more than 700 teams from over 200 clubs across three Arizona complexes on separate girls' and boys' weekends each March. The 2026 calendar carried the Rated Cup in Phoenix in January, the Phoenix Cup in March, the California Cup and Texas Super Cup in May, the NYC Cup and LA Cup in summer, the Tampa Cup in September, the Scottsdale Cup in October and the Desert Super Cup in Scottsdale and Phoenix at the end of November. Rated Sports Group, based in Ventura, California, also runs leagues, team travel and hotel booking, official event stores and sponsorship for its events. On site A tournament is a weekend of games spread across multi-field complexes; the Phoenix Cup uses Reach 11 in Phoenix, the Scottsdale Sports Complex and Bell 94. Before the Phoenix Cup kicks off, an ID camp for U13 to U19 players puts them in front of coaches from NCAA Division I, II and III and NAIA programs, and college coaches register to scout the Desert Super Cup as well. The Desert Super Cup covers every age group from U7 to U19. Sponsors set up in vendor booths at the fields, hang field banners and run ads in each event's program guide. Audience The players travel, and their families come with them. The 2026 Desert Super Cup drew commitments from teams in more than 24 states and three Canadian provinces, and the Phoenix Cup draws from over 20 states and Canada. In 2026 Rated Sports counted more than 60,000 athletes a year and 20,000 traveling families, and described its participant base as largely repeat; its own travel arm books team hotels. Track record In 2026 Rated Sports entered its own women's team, Rated Sports FC, in The Soccer Tournament in Cary, North Carolina, and it reached the women's quarterfinals. Brand presence Partners on the Phoenix Cup include Dick's Sporting Goods, Kraft, Panini and Lowe's, alongside the City of Phoenix and Visit Scottsdale, and US Club Soccer and the cities of Phoenix and Scottsdale back the Desert Super Cup. Sponsorship is sold event by event, with booths and product distribution at the fields, program guide ads, event web pages and newsletters to participating families, and special offers to players. Sampling is welcome on site and through Rated Sports' social channels.
