About this listing
Overview Rosé Day LA is a one-day garden party on the lawns of King Gillette Ranch in the Calabasas hills each June, pouring rosé, champagne and cocktails from early afternoon into the evening among pink blossom trees, flower walls and, in 2023, 35 installations built to be photographed. It ran in 2018 and 2019 and again from 2023, and the 2025 edition was the fifth; the 2026 party was billed as La Vie en Rosé Day LA. LA Magazine credited the 2023 edition to Ben Biscotti of 1iota, Sylvain Bitton, J.T. Torregiani, David Jarrett and Tony Schubert of Event Eleven, with chef Marc Forgione. Rosé Day also runs events in the Hamptons, Miami and Monaco. On site The 2023 party ran 1 to 8 p.m., and general admission included the open bar: Perrier-Jouët, Mumm and Château Sainte Marguerite that year, alongside tequila and mezcal. In 2026 the food came from Los Angeles food trucks curated by Forgione. DJs play from a stage walled in flowers with pink neon behind it, and a flower-covered wagon has served as a second DJ booth out on the lawn. White picket fencing, blossom trees, butterfly-wing swings and photo walls fill the ranch, with the Santa Monica Mountains behind. Guests buy general admission or book tables, stage tables, Super Tables or cabanas. Audience The deck names A-list celebrities, socialites and influencers alongside ticket buyers. Guests dress for the setting, in white and pastel sundresses, sun hats and parasols, and much of the afternoon goes to photographs in front of the installations. Talent and Influencers DJs Guy Gerber, Ruckus and Zen Freeman played in 2023, with food from Marc Forgione, the Iron Chef America chef. The 2026 bill had Ruckus and Pookie on the decks and live sets from Noga Erez and Austin Mills. Track record By the event's own count, attendance ran 2,500 in 2018 and in 2019, 4,000 in 2023 and 3,000 in 2024, and online press impressions ran 750 million, 1.1 billion, 900 million and 900 million over the same years. Coverage has run in People, Page Six, InStyle, E! News, Variety, Billboard, Extra and the Daily Mail. Brand presence Brands build the scenery here. Don Julio set a flower-covered agave on the lawn, and in 2023 Bentley Westlake Village showed a rose quartz Bentayga. Partners sign on as title, supporting or one of three contributing tiers, and the pieces include activation space, a sampling zone, table signage, the step-and-repeat, hashtag co-branding and a hospitality cabana.
