About this listing
Overview The San Diego Brew Festival is a one-afternoon beer festival on the lawn at NTC Park in Liberty Station, where more than 70 breweries pour over 200 beers and every ticket includes unlimited samples. Drink Eat Play presents it. The festival's own site billed the August 2026 edition as its 15th. On site The festival runs from noon to 4 p.m. on Preble Field. Early admission gets in at noon for an hour of specialty pours before general admission opens at 1. Ten San Diego food trucks sell food on the lawn, cover bands play, and lawn games are set out between the pour stations. Breweries on the festival's pour list have included San Diego's AleSmith, Société, Humble Forager and Monday Morning alongside Sierra Nevada, Founders, Oxbow, Perennial, Jackie O's and Von Ebert. It is 21 and over with no infants or toddlers, no pets, and it goes ahead rain or shine; designated-driver tickets are sold at the door, and street parking around NTC Park is free. Brand presence The presenting sponsor runs a branded mobile bar on the field, puts its logo on the event glassware every guest drinks from, and takes a 20-by-20-foot activation space with a block of tickets. Breweries and beverage brands also appear as pourers on the lawn, as BJ's Restaurant and Brewhouse and Happy Dad have on the festival's list.
