Overview Sumo + Sushi is a touring live sumo and dining experience that brings the 1,500-year-old Japanese sport to U.S. audiences. Each show pairs live sumo with a sushi meal from a local restaurant partner, along with teaching on sumo's history, rules and traditions. The 2026 tour visits eight markets: Chicago, Atlanta, Miami, New York City, Phoenix, Seattle, Los Angeles and San Francisco, with multi-night runs from October through December. On site Every show includes more than 12 exhibition matches, a Q&A with the wrestlers and a sushi service built around bento, miso soup and mochi. There are four seating tiers, from general viewing up to a VIP Sky Suite capped at six guests per session, with chef-prepared sushi and an open bar. Guests can add a "Get In The Ring" experience to face off against a professional wrestler. Friday and Saturday shows are 21+, and Sunday shows are open to all ages. Talent and Influencers The host is Konishiki, the first foreign-born wrestler to become a champion in sumo. He is a former Ōzeki (sumo's second-highest rank), a 3x top division champion and a 2023 Bridge Award honoree. The roster includes active professional wrestlers from the Sandanme and Makushita divisions.
