Overview Sweat Life is a two-day outdoor fitness festival where boutique studios such as Barry's, barre3, Orangetheory and Rumble Boxing teach back-to-back demo classes on open stages, so one pass covers a weekend of HIIT, barre, boxing, Pilates, spin and cardio dance. Around the stages sit themed villages, among them the Zen Garden, Muscle Beach and Recovery Ranch, with a wellness marketplace and a row of food trucks. The San Diego edition took over NTC Park at Liberty Station on June 27 and 28, 2026. On site In San Diego in 2026 the gates opened at 8 a.m. and classes ran until 4 p.m. The studio lineup that year also included F45 Training, Groov3 cardio dance, Party Zumba, Asteya and Pilates with Roshni on the mats, and Aquavi Wellness on recovery. The marketplace carried local wellness brands, and the food trucks included The Baja Shrimp, Mr. Greek, Feisty Fish Poke and Gelu Italian Ice. Tickets come as single days or weekend passes, and a VIP tier adds priority class sign-up and its own area. Audience Guests take the classes themselves. Classes are first come, first served and the popular ones fill, so people line up half an hour or more before start time. Brand presence Gatorade, Muscle Milk, Topo Chico, SmartyPants and POPFLEX backed the 2026 San Diego edition, and local brands such as Kyoto Coast Matcha, Kava Coco, Face Foundrie and Optimum Spine Health ran stands in the marketplace. Partner levels run from a VIP sponsor up to a title sponsor, and a brand can put its name on one of the fitness main stages.
