Overview TASTE! Philadelphia is a weekend food, wine and spirits festival at the Valley Forge Casino Resort in King of Prussia, where guests sample their way past rows of restaurants, wineries, breweries and distilleries, and buy the bottles they like on the spot from a Fine Wine and Good Spirits store set up on the floor. Celebrity chefs and TV personalities run demos from a stage during each session. One Step Events, a small family business that has produced food, wine and spirits festivals since 1999, puts it on. On site The weekend runs as three sessions: a Friday evening and two on Saturday, one midday and one in the evening. A ticket covers every food sample and every wine, beer and spirits tasting, a wine glass and shopping bag, and most of the culinary demos. Hands-on seminars and food exhibits sit alongside the booths, the on-site store handles celebrity bottle signings, and there is Giant Jenga, cornhole, a photo booth and a DJ. The festival's own advice to regulars is to start at the back of the hall, since most people get stuck at the front. Parking at the casino is free, and everyone inside is 21 or over. Audience The festival courts groups: bachelor and bachelorette parties, birthdays and work teams of ten or more get a group rate. Guests carry a shopping bag and buy as they go, and the festival asks them to spend at the booths, rewarding a purchase from any vendor with a free kitchen gadget at one of the stands. Talent and Influencers The TASTE! hall of fame runs to Guy Fieri, Kathie Lee Gifford, Tyler Florence, Duff Goldman, Bethenny Frankel, Giuliana and Bill Rancic, Paula Deen, Robert Irvine, Ayesha Curry, Kevin O'Leary, Rocco DiSpirito, Jose Garces and Morimoto, along with athletes Brian Westbrook and Isiah Thomas and the musician G. Love. Kurt Russell came to Philly TASTE! in 2022 with GoGi, the Pinot Noir label he started in the Santa Rita Hills. Chef Eddie G was on the 2026 stage, and two businesses from Shark Tank have exhibited. Track record The festival has run to more than 145 exhibitors across restaurants, wine, beer and spirits. Through Vet Tix, One Step Events donated 200 TASTE! Philadelphia tickets to service members and veterans in 2018 and again in 2019. Brand presence The demo stage carries a presenting name, held by Happy Chef in 2026. Beyond the stage, brands take exhibitor booths on the floor, where sampling and selling happen at the same table, and the festival steers guests to buy there.
