Overview The Tennyson Street Fair closes Tennyson Street in northwest Denver for a Friday evening and a Saturday each July, and on the Friday night the street hosts the Berkeley Beer Fest, a ticketed tasting of local breweries set up in tents on Tennyson. Entry to the fair itself is free. Saturday stretches from West 39th to West 43rd Avenue with local artisans, food vendors and bands through the day. Team Player Productions, a Golden, Colorado producer running events since 1996, puts it on, and returns to the same street in October with Tennyson Fall Fest. On site In 2026 the Friday ran 4 to 9 p.m. on the two blocks between 41st and 43rd, with Laurie Michelle and then Ryan Chrys and the Roughcuts on stage. Beer Fest ticket holders got a 12-sample punch card to use at the brewery tents, and the tickets sold out; the 2026 pour list included Wibby, Cerebral, Crooked Stave, 4 Noses, Fiction, Goldspot and Idlewild Spirits. Saturday started with a Cooldown Running pre-fest run at 10:30 and an Ohana Yoga and Barre class at 11, then ran to 8 p.m. with pickleball from Doubles Club, a Wax Trax DJ pop-up, inflatables for kids, and sets from Nick Critchlow, Mojomama, Dylan Miles Experience and The Tenny Men. Beer and spirits are sold at several points along the route. Audience July heat and crowds are heavy enough that the festival asks people to leave their dogs at home. Tasting at the Beer Fest is 21 and over with ID and a wristband. Brand presence Several of the day's activities are run by named local partners: the morning run is Cooldown Running's, the yoga is Ohana's, the pickleball is Doubles Club's and the DJ booth is Wax Trax's. Sponsors on the 2026 site included Mountain Safe Exteriors, Frank Azar, Woody Creek Distillers, Crispy Cocktails, Sabe, Volo Sports and Commerce Bank. Partnerships are sold at title, presenting, supporting and community or vendor levels.
