Overview The Enhanced Games is a track, swimming and strength meet with no drug testing, where athletes compete on performance-enhancing substances under medical supervision, and at its first edition in Las Vegas in 2026 Kristian Gkolomeev swam the 50-meter freestyle in 20.81 seconds, an unofficial world record. Substances have to be FDA-approved and prescribed by a clinician, or given inside an IRB-approved research study: roughly nine weeks of supervised administration, medical assessments before and after the meet, and five years of follow-up. The first Games ran on Sunday, May 24, 2026, Memorial Day weekend, in a custom-built arena complex at Resorts World Las Vegas. Enhanced, the company behind it, grew out of an idea Aron D'Souza had in 2022, counts Peter Thiel and Christian Angermayer among its early backers, and went public on the New York Stock Exchange in 2026. On site The 2026 Games ran as two sessions. The opening events started at 3:30 in the afternoon Pacific with the snatch and the clean and jerk and a set of men's swims, and DJ Alan Walker and Farruko played live. The main competition followed at 6 p.m.: men's and women's 100-meter sprints, men's and women's 50-meter freestyle, and a deadlift showdown between Hafthor Bjornsson, then the world record holder, and Mitchell Hooper. The meet had 42 athletes from 24 countries entered across 23 events. Audience The meet was built for a screen audience as much as for the arena. The 2026 competition streamed live on YouTube, Rumble, Twitch and Kick and aired on the Roku Channel, and Zoop carried behind-the-scenes access. Seats in the arena went by invitation, and Enhanced describes that room as high-net-worth guests, executives, VIPs and creators, many of them streaming from their seats. Talent and Influencers Gkolomeev, the Greek sprinter, won both freestyle sprints in 2026 and took the 100 in 46.60. Fred Kerley won the men's 100 meters in 9.97 and Tristan Evelyn of Barbados the women's in 11.25. Britain's Emily Barclay took the women's 50 freestyle in 24.09. Bjornsson won the deadlift at 475 kilograms. Ben Proud, James Magnussen and Megan Romano swam. Track record The swim came before the meet. At a private event in February 2025 Gkolomeev went 20.89 in the 50 freestyle, under Cesar Cielo's world record, and took the organization's $1 million prize for it. At the first Games event winners were paid $250,000, and Enhanced counted 21 personal bests from 13 athletes, whose previous bests were on average six years old. After the meet Enhanced raised the bonus for breaking Usain Bolt's 100-meter record of 9.58 to $10 million. Brand presence Enhanced reported more than $32 million in contracted sponsorship in May 2026. Media partners carried the broadcast itself, with the Roku Channel airing the competition and Rumble streaming it. Zoop ran the behind-the-scenes feed. Partnerships are built to order rather than sold from a fixed tier sheet.
