Overview The Upland Lemon Festival is a free three-day street festival in Historic Downtown Upland, on the Metrolink line between Los Angeles and San Bernardino, and every stage on it is named for the fruit: Citrus Grove, Pucker Up Pavilion, Lemon Peel Pavilion Gazebo and Lemon Tree. It began in 1997. Soundskilz, an event production company founded in 1999, produces it in partnership with the City of Upland. On site The 2026 festival ran Friday evening from 4 to 11 p.m. and noon to 11 p.m. Saturday and Sunday, with more than 50 performances across five stages. Tribute acts headlined: Journey USA, So Petty, Just A Girl, Dressed to Kill, Uptown Funk and Stevie Nicks Illusion among them. Lemon Idol runs a solo vocal competition, there is on-stage karaoke and there are food competitions. A carnival midway sells unlimited-ride wristbands, and more than 200 vendors and food trucks fill the streets with a Crafters Corner, a Non-Profit Row and a Kids Zone. A VIP lounge on East 9th Street caps its capacity and adds shade, air-conditioned restrooms and a premium bar. The festival is all ages, alcohol is 21 and over, and outside drinks, drones and skateboards stay out. Brand presence The 2026 sponsor line ran from Spectrum and Ford of Upland to local businesses. Ovation School for the Performing Arts presented Lemon Idol, Historic Downtown Upland presented the Gazebo stage, and Metrolink gave festival riders 20% off train tickets with a festival code for the weekend. Beatbox, Surfside and Tequila Cabal also backed the 2026 edition.
