Independent chefs ditch the menu to create one-of-a-kind dishes, with proceeds from the fully nonprofit event supporting underserved local charities and all chef expenses covered. The evening draws 1,500 to 2,000 of the region's most engaged food lovers, media tastemakers, and industry insiders, roughly 55/45 female-male, with guests traveling in from Las Vegas, San Francisco, Phoenix, and Chicago. Past participating chefs include Chopped and Top Chef winners and James Beard nominees. Sponsors integrate across 30+ chef-curated food stations, bar activations, and mixology showcases, reaching Vegas's culinary community through 300K+ social impressions and strong earned media.
