Overview When We Were Young is Live Nation's emo and pop-punk festival at the Las Vegas Festival Grounds, the bill where Panic! at the Disco reunited in 2025 to play A Fever You Can't Sweat Out in full for its 20th anniversary. It runs on the third weekend of October. My Chemical Romance, Paramore, Blink-182, Green Day and Fall Out Boy have all headlined. The festival did not run in 2026; its own site called the year off a pause. Talent and Influencers Morrissey headlined the first edition in 2017. My Chemical Romance and Paramore topped the first Las Vegas bill in 2022, and Blink-182 and Green Day headlined in 2023. In 2024 nearly every band on the lineup played one of its albums start to finish, with Fall Out Boy and My Chemical Romance on top. Blink-182 came back to headline in 2025, beside the Panic! reunion. Track record The festival started in 2017 as a two-day event at The Observatory in Santa Ana, California, then moved to Las Vegas in 2022. That year it was billed as a single day, sold out quickly, and added two more dates. The first day was then canceled for weather. In 2023 it became a two-day weekend.
