World Dumpling Fest is a 2-day celebration of culture, community, and culinary delight produced by the Chicago Cultural Alliance in Chicago's Lincoln Park neighborhood. The festival highlights the incredible diversity of Chicago by focusing on one universally beloved food: dumplings. Up to 15 of Chicago's top ethnic restaurants serve their signature dumplings, offering visitors a culinary journey around the world without leaving the city — from Chinese, Polish, Indian, Ethiopian, Mexican, and beyond. The festival features a stage of rotating cultural groups showcasing dozens of live performances representing a wide array of Chicago's cultural communities, including traditional dances, energetic musical performances, and captivating storytelling. A dedicated kids' activities area and curated arts and craft vendors round out the experience. Located at Wrightwood Park in the heart of Lincoln Park — one of Chicago's most recognized neighborhoods, fully developed with theaters, restaurants, boutiques, and vibrant nightlife near both the Loop and Lake Michigan — the festival runs Saturday 11am–10pm and Sunday 11am–8pm.
